The York Food Festival is one of the highlights of the foodie year in York. This year’s festival is no exception with over 400,000 visitors expected to visit during the ten days of the festival running from 20th-29th June.
York Food Festival 2014 is split into two main sessions in June and August. The June festival runs from 20th – 29th. The usual Real Ale and Champagne bar will be relocated at the end of Parliament Street and every music between 5 and 9pm they will be live music and a host of food to try.
The June festival has a French theme in honour of the Tour de France with lots of French themed demonstrations taking place. Cafes and restaurants across the city will also be offering special French themed menus.
